Serviço que consiste na apresentação da Biblioteca para maior integração do usuário e biblioteca.
São eles:
- orientação quanto ao uso da Biblioteca, inclusive da Biblioteca Digital;
- orientação
para utilização do Sistema Pergamum para realização de consultas, localização da
obra no acervo, empréstimo, renovação, reservas, entre outros.
Para utilização deste serviço procure pessoalmente o Balcão de Atendimento das Bibliotecas do SENAI/SESI-PR de sua cidade, ou se preferir envie e-mail para biblioteca@fiepr.org.br
